Portland Start-Up Index by Techvibes

Hey, this is completely self serving, but SplashCast is tops on the TechVibes Start-Up Index for Portland. I think that it’s pretty cool.
Rick Turoczy correctly points out there is a whole lot of apples and oranges going on.
Also, SplashCast is not really a destination site. The vast majority of traffic results from its distributed widget network.

Excellent point on the “destination” versus “distributed” solution. That hadn’t occurred to me. But, obviously, the Web-based tools that live on one site are going to have higher numbers then the widgets that are distributed among many.
But no matter how you slice the orange, apple, or pear, you guys are on top. So there you go.
